everydaytaichi students performed at the Mayor's Country & Craft Fair on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Neal Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall. The video below will show you how well you all performed as you represented Kilauea District Park.
Our goal was to inform the public the importance of doing tai chi, its health benefits in both body and mind. Mahalo to all who were able to participate in demonstrating our warm up exercise, Yang 24 and 10 forms. It was fun, rewarding, and an overall nice community event!
