INTRO to Yang Tai Chi

NO class on March 17 & March 24
INTRO Class for those who are BRAND NEW to Tai Chi
2. Yang 16 Form Thursday, 9-10 AM
Prerequisite: Yang 10 Form

NO Class March 19 & March 26

4. Yang Style Tai Chi- Form 10, 24 & 16 sets

Format: Warm Up Exercise, Tai Chi Walk, 5 sets of Tai Chi done to music + Yang 10 and Yang 16 forms 2x.
First set of each Yang form is with instructions.
Done for individual practicing to further smoothness and learning of the sequence among friends
Goal: to gain confidence and sense of satisfaction
