Here again, the YouTube video is educational as well as entertaining!
To balance off the day after Luk Tung Kuen and medical education meetings, then doing Tai Chi, Victor and Ken again head for the beach. This time to catch fish with Clyde.
Doing Tai Chi brings you closer to nature such as when you walk the reef and enjoy the company of friends. You learn to be patient and you persevere.

Today’s Fishing Report is one lone volunteer who attacked the lure. Although it may look like a piranha with its fang like teeth, it’s a barracuda.
Barracudas are very alert predators. They are known for their swift, aggressive action. However, most of their day is spent in quiet alertness, staying still in their environment, alert to all that is happening around them.
They remain focused and still. But when the right opportunity presents itself, they move with lightning speed and coordination.
We can identify with the characteristics of a barracuda when we practice Tai Chi. We try to be calm and focused with slow deliberate movements. We are in tune to our surroundings and nature and learn to develop a sense of peacefulness. We learn to not over react to situations beyond our control. We act with quiet awareness and equanimity.
Only in Hawaii and as we approach Christmas that President Barack Obama visits on the Windward side of Oahu. As our fishermen were on their way home with their catch of the day, they encountered traffic as the President’s motorcade approached.
