Our daughter Clarissa’s home in San Mateo overlooks a beautiful forest and Crystal Springs. This was the perfect venue for Ken and Lucy to do Tai Chi every morning after we walked our grandsons, Aaron and Ethan, to school.
The sounds of the many birds chirping in the evergreen forest and the crisp morning weather gave us incentive for practicing our Tai Chi, to relax, and to observe nature.
