Grasping the Bird's Tail
After Repulsing the Monkey:
Grasp the Bird's Tail on the Left
Pivot on your heel of your Right foot
T-step, Hold your ball
Step Out with your Left foot away from your back foot
Ward Off extend your bottom hand, your lead hand palms facing you
Flip - Meet flip your hand as you rotate and align, your back hand meets lead hand palms facing
Pull down both hands pull down simultaneously, equidistance from each other
Pull back
Look back face turns to look at both hands as they move back
Turn Square as your body rotates to turn, square your hips and waist as you advance your hands forward
Contact Right hand makes contact at left wrist
Push out
Separate
Shoulder width away
Sit Back
Push Up and Forward
Drop your left hand
Pivot your left foot
Hold your Ball on T-Step
Repeat the above steps to Grasp the Bird's Tail on he Right
Grasp the Bird's Tail on the Left
Pivot on your heel of your Right foot
T-step, Hold your ball
Step Out with your Left foot away from your back foot
