After Brush Knee which is done three times, you take a:
Half Step forward
-Right foot advances on its toes without too much weight
-Left hand set higher with a flex or bend in elbow
-Right hand set aligned fingers to left elbow
-Flex or bend right elbow
-Right hand is slightly turned inward, rather than positioning it parallel to the left hand
Sit Back - Weight shifts to the back leg
-Left foot moves in a rocking motion: lifting heel and gradually shifting weight to toes before
-Setting left heel
-Hands are set (right hand slightly turned inward in line with bend in left elbow)
-Movement ends altogether: heel and hands set at the same time weight is on the back leg as you
drop your shoulders to make yourself small
-Keep your tai chi posture
