What is everydaytaichi?
everydaytaichi best describes the type of Tai Chi that I teach. It is the Yang Style Tai Chi 24 Movement Short Form. everydaytaichi is my approach and the specific manner that incorporates both my teaching philosophy and teaching style. everydaytaichi also focuses on students who come from all walks of life, seeking to learn Tai Chi in a safe and nurturing environment where meeting new people help to provide the basis for our learning. Through our travels we reach out to others to not only learn from them, but to help promote our goal to stay fit and healthy through Tai Chi and other forms of exercise. everydaytaichi holds no barriers. People come together seeking to learn Tai Chi in hopes of keeping fit in both body and mind.
