Today was a "new beginning" for the Beginner's Class. This level of class is for the more experienced students who are very faithful and diligent. We are also very fortunate to have a few charter students who are still with us ever since I first began teaching at Kapa'olono Park in 2007!! Click here for background about me.

everydaytaichi adds on a new dimension to our levels of classes in our mission to reach out to as many students as we can. NOVICE students vary from those with a little experience to those just beginning to learn tai chi. Click on the NOVICE class picture to see Lesson #1:
Tai Chi Posture, Tai Chi Walk, Beginning Movements: Commencing Form Parting the Horse's Mane White Crane Spreads its Wings Our INTRO Class is off to a great start with 36 students who are on their way to learning tai chi. Some are recent retirees, others are transfers from other tai chi classes, but all said they are curious and want to see what tai chi is all about.
Be patient and enjoy the process as we undertake a new endeavor to learn the Art of Tai Chi. Click on the class picture to see Lesson #1.
