YouTube has it all
Their first Tako of 2012 was caught today. Learn how Ken & Victor got their exercise and enjoyed their day off from Tai Chi. Tako season is near closing. Just as our Tai Chi movements, once we progress to Closing Form, we have a great feeling of accomplishment and a feeling of inner peace.

Luk Tung Kuen Kahala Mall celebrated Irene Lai's 99 th birthday on Monday. Irene is a faithful LTK participant who greets you by your first name. She has a great sense of humor and shares with us her paintings and stories of being a member of the first class of nurses to train at Queen's Hospital. She sometimes rides the bus from Manoa and is very prompt. How honored we are to know such a great person who knows how to stay fit and healthy.
Sun Nin Fai Lok or Happy Chinese New Year as we enter the Year of the Dragon. Hope you are all doing well during this long period of not having Tai Chi classes.
We are now back to our routine, having spent a week on Maui with our son and daughter's family. I have been working on various other projects, including some personal writing and exploring some new computer programs.
Our NEW website is up and running. PLUS, I plan to introduce a NEW instructional format for Tai Chi.
My cataract surgery is coming up and keeping all those appointments straight is a task in itself.
You should have signed up for classes by now. If in case you missed registration, you may sign up on the first day of class.
It is not too late to introduce Tai Chi to others you know.
See you soon~
