Colin was the King for the Day, a few days ago! For Popo & Gungie, he always "rules" when he's over at our house... but now, not as often and only at a distance. We are so grateful that his teachers send us pictures of him in action,

ken relandscaped and decided it was time to give one a permanent home after preparing the space and soil. Stir fry: eggplant with miso, okra with oyster sauce, beans with hoi sin sauce, add fresh chopped chives to pasta seasoned with dashi, oyster sauce, sugar, tapioca starch & water for a light sauce or gravy. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. I'm thinking that maybe with a few daikon with tomorrow's harvest
I'll make a vegan version of chow mein. We even got to start our week out right with an hour of tai chi
