Tomorrow, marks our 130th day of stopping Kilauea tai chi classes and mainly staying home and finding a NEW way to continue our tai chi endeavor. Steamed organic kale for smoothies, spaghetti sauce, fried rice, pesto pasta, gumbo, salads of all kinds ... Stripping the ribs of the kale leaf was an endless chore
but not too bad enjoying the experience and morning breeze out in the patio. After, stripping the kale, 3 containers were steamed down to the big stainless steel bowl as shown on the above picture of this BLOG post. Felt a little bad bc i threw out the ribs, by composting. The kale " tree" was blown down over night. |
