Apple banana and avocado slices with pickled carrots, fresh green beans, curly kale, springy watercress, mint and basil gently lying on a peanut butter maple syrup sauce, all bundled up in a rice paper wrap.
Homemade pesto as well as kumquat marmalade spread on toasted multi-grain bread with many options from ken's garden:
basil, watercress, kale, chive, green onion, spinach, moringa, cilantro and rosemary, besides avocado and tomato. After a cup of soy milk coffee, I take my morning walk for 45 minutes. Come home and prepare my breakfast. I clip garden greens and fruits and sit and have a cup of green tea. Then, I am ready to do just about anything!
...this could very well be my lunch, also! Yang 16 Tuesday 9AM
