 Keeping our "high" by enjoying a bowl of freshly made kim chi mundoo with a few sprigs of watercress!   We still have to keep Hawaii environmentally safe and clean
in spite of our COVID pandemic. This past weekend with restrictions semi lifted was the opportunity to do so! Ken's 50th Medical School Reunion: University of Colorado School of Medicine Virtual Celebration9/25/2020  Today was a fun day to end his medical school reunion! Ken got to interact and talk with his classmates! He was impressed with all of them as to how their careers in medicine were so unique! This global pandemic actually gave him this nice opportunity to safely visit with his classmates of some 50 years ago!! PS ken's experience on ZOOM was a good one, not too complex after all!       Here we are practicing what we believe in... everydaytaichi... There is not a day that goes by that ken & lucy practice tai chi early in the morning. Monday thru Friday we practice Yang 88 in two different positions and on the weekend we practice Yang 10, 16, 24 & 88. Our Olelo television camera is filming us automatically! Ken sets up the camera or cameras... We love the natural elements of the environment with a breeze and sunlight coming thru our window in a relaxed Hawaiian atmosphere we are so lucky to have, inspite of our global pandemic!   Yang Jun is a Wushu master who was born in Taiyuan, Shanxi, China in 1968 into the famous Yang family of martial artists. A son of Yang Dao Fang and a grandson of Yang Zhenduo, he is a direct descendant of Yang Cheng Fu and of Yang Lu Chan, the creator of Yang-style t'ai chi ch'uan. Wikipedia
