Pan fry brown rice. Add steamed sweet potatoes, yellow and purple ones. Cube them and add to rice. Sprinkle ginger onion sauce with garlic oil. Drizzle rice with vegetarian oyster sauce to taste. Chop up homemade kim chi and stir into rice for more flavoring. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
