This morning, each of us woke up and did some computer work, then each of us went out to exercise to begin our Sunday morning. Caroline and I went on our walk around the neighborhood on separate paths and Ken did his Tai Chi sets.
3 New DVD'S are now available for you.
These DVD'S contain many of the most current lessons taught in class at Kilauea Park.
The purpose of these 3 DVD'S is to give my students another way to learn and practice Yang Style Tai Chi.
It is my hope that you will use them mainly to:
1. reinforce my lessons and instructions in class
2. allow youselves to practice at your convenience
It is conceivable that one may learn the basics of Tai Chi by watching and studying these DVD'S,
HOWEVER, class attendance is the most effective way to learn Tai Chi.

A holiday in Hawaii means many things. For those who do Tai Chi, it means, YES, we WILL have Tai Chi.
Reading Tony Hsieh's NYTimes as well as Wall Street Journal Bestseller has given me much insight to how others think, plan, organize and lead. As the CEO of Zappos.com, Tony shares valuable lessons not only in creating a successful business but he explains his strategies for happiness.
We must have seen or at least heard of him before as he graduated from Harvard the same year as our younger daughter. Now, I want to take a tour of his company as our older daughter and her family just came back from touring his billion dollar business in Las Vegas!
