Students perform their Yang Style Tai Chi in their best form, putting it altogether: proper alignment, shifting of weight and the determination to do well.  Most people as a tradition go on Easter egg hunts... but for Ken he'd rather go on a hunt for Tako. On Easter morning close to sunrise, he was very fortunate to find 3 tako or octopus. The ocean with its calmness, beauty and sea life bring serenity to Ken's life!

for Kilauea summer session: May 14 Monday 6-8pm May 15 and 16 Tuesday and Wednesday 2-5pm Tai Chi Classes begin June 19 and / or June 21. Beginners Class: Tuesdays 9-10 AM and / or Thursdays 9-10 AM OR Introductory Class: Thursdays 10-11 AM 10 classes / session Tuition: $20 paid to the City and County of Honolulu Additional classes will be available on a donation basis Brand NEW Instructional DVD's will be available. Lessons are taken directly from our current classes. DVD #1: Commencing Form thru Cloud Hands (including Warm Ups, Tai Chi Posture, Tai Chi Walk) DVD #2: Serpent in the Grass thru Closing Form DVD #3: 5 sets of Tai Chi including calling out instructions in detail without music, with music, and views from the back and other variations for learning. |
