See YouTube for the best of the spring season as our session is coming to a close. Students perform their Yang Style Tai Chi in their best form, putting it altogether: proper alignment, shifting of weight and the determination to do well.
Most people as a tradition go on Easter egg hunts... but for Ken he'd rather go on a hunt for Tako. On Easter morning close to sunrise, he was very fortunate to find 3 tako or octopus. The ocean with its calmness, beauty and sea life bring serenity to Ken's life!
