Brown fried rice with veggies full of antioxidants:
White bitter melon, curly kale, round and green onion, kabocha, tomato, and finely diced turmeric and ginger. Our meal to enjoy with family: brown rice black eye pea kim chi fried rice spiced with fresh basil, drizzled with Cuban lime, enhanced with tofu seasoned with homemade ginger garlic turmeric shoyu li hing mango juice olive oil dressing on the side. Ong choy added for richness and texture. ken's aquaponic water cabbage or ong choy went straight from garden to plate.
