Four different classes are given ( New format for Monday 5:30PM class begins Sept. 2017 ) 1. INTRO to Tai Chi Basics: for brand new students who have NO experience and / or students who have experience but want to focus on BASICS of tai chi. Instructions will focus on tai chi principles, covering Yang 10, 24 & 16 forms. Monday 5:30PM 2. Level 1: for brand new students who have NO experience Thursdays 9-10 AM (10 weeks) Yang 10 form 3. Level 2: for those students who have had Level 1: Yang 10 form Tuesdays 9-10AM (10 weeks) Yang 24 form 4.
