Sun Nin Fai Lok or Happy Chinese New Year as we enter the Year of the Dragon. Hope you are all doing well during this long period of not having Tai Chi classes.
We are now back to our routine, having spent a week on Maui with our son and daughter's family. I have been working on various other projects, including some personal writing and exploring some new computer programs.
Our NEW website is up and running. PLUS, I plan to introduce a NEW instructional format for Tai Chi.
My cataract surgery is coming up and keeping all those appointments straight is a task in itself.
You should have signed up for classes by now. If in case you missed registration, you may sign up on the first day of class.
It is not too late to introduce Tai Chi to others you know.
