Early morning harvest of Chinese parsley, or cilantro, lucy's favorite herb! Cilantro on the left and parsley on the right. Some people say parsley has a more delicate flavor, but I beg to differ!! Walking up our hill I was pleasantly surprised with a familiar voice calling, "Popo." The guys came out to have their breakfast at curbside with us,

Pretty "reds" that caught my eye on my morning walk. Moringa buds and flowers so pure & delicate for appreciating and garnishing. Grandchildren having a private brunch Colin enjoys our Surinam cherries in bloom
on our hedge that Gungie protects with a net so the birds don't get to them first! We eat mainly from ken's garden in our change of lifestyle to focus primarily on plants for our noursishment. Caroline and Les, our oldest and youngest children who live in Honolulu, do come by to supplement our foodstuff we've stocked up on. Neighbors and friends share their fish with us, so we are very fortunate. Both the moringa and gandule trees have taken off as if to say, I will provide you with what you need to eat to keep healthy. Aquaponic watercress and mint are coming along in our rather coolish weather. Let us believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
An email today from NZ helps validate lucy tai chi mission to help teach tai chi around the world...4/16/2020 I am an 80 year-old who lives in New Zealand and was first introduced to Tai Chi when I was living in Hawaii where my husband was working at the East - West Centre and I saw some young Chinese men doing Ta Chi on the grass at the University. I studied for my MA in Teach ing English to Speakers of English as a Second LanguAge, at the University of Hawaii and my first grandson was born in a hospital down near Waikiki. Later I went to teach in China and had begun learning Tai Chi before I went. I have been doing Tai Chi for many years and really love it, and am missing going to the sessions we have twice a week but am doing at home! However, being away from. The place and the people that I usually do it with I find I sometimes forget what comes next. I have looked at several people doing it online but today I found YOU! You do it exactly as I was taught and do it at about the same length of time that I do so doing it with you online is perfect for me. Thankyou Lucy and very best wishes,
