Andrew's project for science was to participate in the Iron Chef Challenge Andrew selectively harvested herbs and veggies from Gungie's organic garden. He chose, kale, NZ spinach, green beans, sweet basil, Mexican oregano, chives, and rosemary. After processing the pinto beans he added it to thicken the herbal sauce with cumin and chili. Here at David & Diane's wedding lucy and mom take a break with Stu who was very active. Lucy also is hapai with Annie, #3. Mother's Day at the Prince Hotel Sunday brunch was an all time favorite! Here we are celebrating David's wedding in CA, when Ken was a medical resident at the University of Colorado. My mother, also, loved cooking for her family and friends. She, at a very young age, cooked for her family of 11 children bc her mother was ill. After our tai chi practice, lucy made gai choy-wakame-gogi berry soup. While, Ken brought to life a hand me down old wooden ladder Into a nicer, more stable ladder...
