I wish to thank you for the time and energy you spend taping editing and uploading the Lucy's lessons.
In the rural part of WV where I live there very limited places to learn and practice tai chi. And the instructors / classes that are available do not bring the foundations of tai chi to the class. Nor are the drills you post taught.
I cannot tell you valuable your lessons are to a beginner. The instructions and demonstrations are the most informative and easy to follow I have found. And with the camera panning your students on occasion I feel apart of your class.
