Oh my! Thank you for the nice feature in your blog. I'm usually pretty low key, so it's a first to have such a starring role. But for the record, I'm not a "super lady."
Doing LTK and tai chi after the marathon, along with getting into the ocean, are keys to my race recovery. Some "experts" say no exercising at all in the days following a full marathon, while others say that doing exercises like tai chi, yoga, and swimming are okay because they're low impact, stimulate circulation, and include stretching. I'll be taking a break from most of my other exercise classes for the next week or two, but I'm glad that I'll be able to at least practice tai chi and LTK.

We must not forget that you told me that you did our warm up exercise to get yourself ready as you prepared for the marathon at 2AM.
